“The first 2 units that were delivered had issues with the front door not fitting correctly. The first one was delivered with the front door not connected to the body of the refrigerator. I had to take off the top hinge to reconnect the door to the top and bottom hinge. When I did this, the door was not aligned with the body of the refrigerator. They sent a replacement and the door on the second one was even more misaligned than the first one. They sent a 3rd refrigerator and it was in good shape and has worked well for the first 2 weeks of operation. I recommend this product with the caveat that you might have to work through unpacking and repacking to resend back products with door issues in order to get a good one.”

“This my second identical Wine Enthusiast Silent 32 Bottle Dual Zone Touchscreen Wine!After a few years my first wine cellar fail in one zone and shortly after fail completely!Hope that this one will last longer!So far so good!”

“I would definitely recommend this product. It came down to desired temp without any problem and it is very, very quiet. I can't fit 48 bottles as I have a lot of PN bottles, but that has been no problem - I just removed one shelf.”
