“I Like everything about the unit, low noise, dual temperature. One suggestion for improvment would be a 90 degree electic plug that would lay flater against the wall since they don't recommend an extension cord and I needed to plug this in behind a cradenza that fits close to the wall.When I first opened the door it fell off because the outter metal case was slightly bent during shipment, which caused the lower hinged door bracket to point slightly down allowing the top hinge pin to fall out of the upper bracket. Not having noticed the damage earlier I disposed of the carton but was able to reshape the metal enough to correct the problem and avoid a return.”

“I ordered this fridge but when it arrived the door came off...i then looked at other reviews and saw that many people seemed to have the same problem. I contacted Wine Enthusiast and i must say their customer service was excellent. They asked me to take photos and email them so they could see the problem and told me once i did that they would send a replacement immediately. The door just seems to be a bad design (it sits on a tiny nipple at the bottom and can somewhat easily come off). The replacement though has been working just fine (and at least according to the digital display has been keeping its temperature despite significant changes in the ambient air temperature in my small kitchen where it sits). It's compact (which is what i needed for my small kitchen) but still holds (for me) a good number of bottles. For what it's worth, i also like it aesthetically. Hard to tell how long this will last or if i will run into the same door problem down the road but for now it's been working fine and, as i've said, i found customer service to be great when the first one arrived with a problem).”

“I have had my wine refrigerator a couple months now. My old one died. This new one keeps a steady temperature and is not too loud. I would recommend this unit. It works well.”

“This meets my needs perfectly. I like the dual zones and the digital display, which makes it easy to set and see the temperature in each zone. Only issue is some of the pull out shelves can be a bit balky some times and, as with most wine fridges, the capacity may vary some of you're not storing all standard (bourdeaux) bottles.”

“Nice little cellar. We keep it in the kitchen and it is very quiet - have never "heard a peep" out of it. Temperature is consistently maintained. Recommend.”

“It looks good and keeps the wine cool but doesn't keep the temperature differential of 7 degrees. Mostly it's the same temp both top and bottom.”
