“Works very well and is very quiet. The smoked glass in front gives it a classy look. Definitely recommend it. Only problem is it can't be locked.”

“The interior light is useless. It lights up part of 1 or 2 bottles on top row. Unit runs all the time, so there is a low level background noise all the time.”

“I have to say my wine fridge arrived in pieces, with the door unattached with the wiring for the touch temperature/light controls hanging out of it, with other pieces in the bottom of the box. It was apparent that the unit was not damaged during shipping but the fridge was not completely assembled or finished! However, one call to the Customer Service department had a new replacement immediately on the way with sincere apologies but no hassles. The replacement unit arrived quickly and I love it. The fridge runs very quietly and works great. My initial horror was turned into complete satisfaction.”

“The unit states it has 2 leveling legs. It actually only has one. We have had it a few weeks and it is quiet as advertised. So far we are happy with it.”

“I put this in a finished basement so noise is not an issue. You can hear the fan running, but it is relatively quiet (less than 50dBA at 2 feet. As others have complained, it arrived damaged. The door was broken off. The Wine Enthusiast replaced it immediately without any hassle. The second unit arrived in perfect condition. My only complaint is that if there is an interruption in power, it defaults back to its factory temperature settings. With today's technologies, this seems archaic. Overall I'm pleaded with it.”
