“Arrived quickly, packed in a box inside a box, runs quiet and holds set temperatures. Recently moved from a house to a condo and the size is perfect for my needs.”

“The product once I got it has worked fine. The product first delivered had a broken door and did not work. I had to "refuse" shipment so that it was sent back. The customer relations person I spoke with that time on phone was very rude and seemed to want not want to help. I have to say that on two other phone dealings with Wine Enthusiast the individuals were very courteous and accommodating. New in Dayton”

“I'm not sure what other customers got when ordering--this unit makes NO noise. Easy to set up. Temp controls work accurately and easily. A tight fit if you have burgundy bottles, we got 28 bottles in unit without problem with half burgundy bottles. This is a very nice unit.”

“The refrigerator arrived on time, and I allowed it to rest upright for the recommended number of hours, but the lighted display (temp displays and temp setting and switch for interior light) never came on, so I could not see or adjust the temperature. That made it useless since it was much too cold. I called and W.E. was very helpful in shipping another one very quickly. (They told me to dispose of the first, which I did.) The second one works beautifully - quietly and at proper (and adjustable!) temperatures. W.E. makes a very good product but needs to improve their quality control - the nonfunctional display should have been noticed before shipping. In fairness, replacement service was excellent and I do recommend it and would buy another.”
