“I like the appliance but it does have issues fitting standard size European bottles, particularly french whites with a wider base.”

“In June of 2015 I ordered the 21 bottle dual zone and upon receiving there were issues. I called and customer service sent a new one. Some month later, it too developed a cooling issue. Called again and they again agreed to stand behind their product and replace. I inquired if I could pay for an upgrade to a 32 bottle and they said in lieu of my problems they would send that replacement instead. Refreshing and impressive. thanks Wine Enthusiast.”

“The wine refrigerator arrived when promised, required no installation beyond plugging in and immediately found the correct temperature for the few bottles temporarily residing in refrigerator or boxes.I loaded it to capacity yesterday (thank you BevMo) -- and was able to lower the temperature on the white wine section to suit my tastes this morning.Unit runs silently, looks very nice.Only problem is that the shelves are too small for champagne bottles -- but that is workable.”

“For an inexpensive wine refrigerator, this is quite nice! Upon initially putting wine into the refrigerator, it took a while for them to get down to temp, but that was kind of to be expected for filling with room-temp wines. If you need them chilled right away, I'd suggest pre-chilling them in a standard fridge. It's not completely silent when cooling (and it's always cooling at my house since ambient temp is 80+ in the summer), and some bottles don't fit in there perfectly, but overall I'm very pleased.”

“We purchased the Wine Enthusiast 32 bottle dual zone wine refrigerator about two months ago and we are very happy with it! It is a quiet-running, efficient unit. The wine is always at the proper temperature. And the unit is an attractive addition to our kitchen. I would recommend this to anyone!”

“This is our 2nd wine refrigerator as our other one is full!!! The temp adjustment on this one seems more accurate than our other one(different brand)and the range of temperatures is larger. I would buy this brand again, although perhaps one with larger capacity. With all the different bottle types these days from different wineries, it is hard to fit the bottles. Keep this in mind when you are calculating how large of a refrigerator you will need. All in all a great value for the money.”
