“Delivery was a little troublesome. Received an email from Wine Enthusiast that it would be dropped off at house since it was relatively small size. The first day the delivery service called and said they couldn't deliver because our address was not on their GPS (turns out they wrote down the wrong address). Second time they called and said they came but couldn't leave it because no one was home to sign for it (true but they had indicated no one needed to be home). Third delivery attempt worked because my wife took off a half day to wait for them.I like the frig overall but it was a bit noisier than I expected and when the door is opened to retrieve a bottle, the frig does have to work to restore the temp. Am wondering what the energy costs will be.”

“We have had the unit for a few weeks and are very satisfied with the purchase. Service through website and delivery were trouble free.This is obviously not a top of the line product. It is relatively inexpensive and has a capacity that meets our needs, and space requirements.We find it an attractive unit, fitting well w/our black appliances. As has been clearly noted by others, removal of a rack will be required for larger bottles ("sparklers", etc.)On "Noise"; we found it interesting that some raters have found the unit "noisy" and others "quiet". Suspect that's about expectations; not surpisingly, as it is billed as "Silent" in it's name. It is not "silent" ie; free of sound. It is quiet. To quantify, on a scale of 1-10, w/1 "silent" and 10 "noisy" I would rate it a 3. I wouldn't want to sit next to it, but in our kitchen, I find it unobtrusive.We've had other wine fridges. I feel this is a "best buy" based on cost and performance.”
