“The frig is great. Looks good, keeps correct temperature, and is light weight. The only negative is that there is a constant hum. Nothing too loud, I have it in my open concept living room/ kitchen.”

“The first unit arrived damaged, but customer service cheerfully sent out a replacement unit right away. I had originally ordered during a 'free shipping' offer, and WE attempted to charge me shipping costs for the second unit. When I mentioned the unfairness of that charge to my customer service rep, the charges were removed without argument. Delivery was prompt. The replacement unit was unpacked and set up for me in my kitchen, and the damaged unit was taken away at the same time, though I had to assist the delivery man in repackaging that unit in the carton from the replacement. Not an altogether easy task. All things considered, the delivery and customer service were both excellent.”

“The cooler was *very* well packed, and arrived undamaged. Delivery via "Home Direct" took almost exactly one month. Granted it was during the holiday season, but this seems like a rather long time. The gentlemen who delivered it were completely helpful, but seemed to be working with a rudimentary and disorganized logistics system. The box had a hole bashed into one side, but the cooler was fine.”

“Product is well designed and after a few weeks of owning I am pleased. Several good parts and one that I wish could be improved. It looks terrific in our kitchen/breakfast area. We had also considered it in our living room but it is fully black and this did not really match our furniture there. The led light inside is nice but does not provide light to the bottom zone. The external lighting for the temp controls gives it a pleasing and eye catching blue light. The sound/hum is ok for a kitchen but it is a noticeable humming and thus another reason for not having it in our living room.”
