“We have this in our dining room and it's a perfect fit there. Have only had it a few days but so far it's been great. Learning to play with the temps to adjust the reds and whites. 54 was too chilly (for my liking) for the reds so I'm trying out 57.”

“I love the dual temps. It keeps the whites well chill and reds just right, We use this product only most on a daily basis. It is also very quiet. The only thing I dislike is the shelving. there sone bottles of wines that will not fit in the present shelfs.”

“Compact with a cool design. Allows wine storage at the right temperature to enjoy wine at any time. Takes the wine rack off the counter for more counter space. A great buy. My husband loves it!”

“We ordered this wine cooler and when it arrived, the delivery guy was in such a hurry to leave, we did not inspect it until the next day and found that it was damaged to the point that we could not use it. We reordered it and ask that they have a different company deliver it. The second wine cooler arrived without any damage. We have it installed in the new kitchen, and it seems to be working just fine.”

“This is a nice wine fridge and is quiet as advertised. Easy to get out of box and operable. Quick to get to temp settings.What is annoying beyond what others have written about the need to take out shelves for pinot noirs and other large bottles is that they could have preserved more capacity by adding alternative slots for the wine racks to fit in. The way the unit is now, you can put 16 bottles in each zone. If you take out a shelf, you lose 4 bottles of capacity. But annoyingly, if you have another 4 bottles of pinot noir, you lose another 4 bottles of capacity, so you are down to 8 bottles per zone. They could have fixed this by having alternative slots for the shelves so that you could move the shelves into a 2 zone x 12 bottle arrangement to accomodate larger bottles desired. I think that would have been more intelligent. Another thought would have been to leave an extra 1/4 to 1/2 inch between each of the racks. Given the unit cannot be installed under a counter (not vented for that), I am not sure the extra height would have mattered that much to people buying it, and that would have preserved the whole 32 bottle capacity. As a last little complaint on spacing, the width is also limiting for certain bottles unless you alternate cork in the front and cork in the back placement. This issue could have been solved with less than an inch added to the width of the unit. In summary, I know space is at a premium, but if the unit were an inch wider and 2 inches taller in total, it would hold 32 of most any bottle.As is, the unit works very well, but the capacity is limited in an unnecessary way. Four stars, but could easily have been five if design were thought about more carefully. Having alternative rack slots without adding to the dimensions at all is a no brainer if they want to keep the size and would cost close to nothing in construction of the unit. That seems to be the minimum alteration they should pursue for the next generation of this unit.But again, it does what it is supposed to, and I am happy I bought it. I just think it is useful for people to understand the limitations. You can jam 32 bottles in potentially, but more likely you will get 24 in, and I would expect to have some labels scratched because the rack placement is just very tight in both up-down and side-to-side directions.”
