“The mounting hardware advertised that comes with the wine rack was not included. When I called to request the hardware the website was updated to reflected that the hardware is not included and I was told that vendor does not include hardware. When I provided the screen shot of the website before it was altered and the hardware mention deleted I was told to go out and buy the hardware myself.”

“I love the rack, it's easy to install if you've done something like this before. Unfortunately, this came with no instructions on how to hang, or any of the additional pieces (nails/screws, etc) to hang it.”
