“With heavy steel and marble base, this is a very stable opener that will last a long time. Easy to assemble and easy to use. I have not found the bottle to turn in the holder after many uses. The clamps must be held tightly as per instructions.”

“The Legacy Corkscrew with Black Marble Stand and Handle I ordered works great. My problem was assembly. After mounting the black metal arm to the marble stand, I realized it was not strait. I had to use washers (not supplied) under the arm on one side to level it out. Need better quality control!”

“I sent customer care an email and picture. I ordered 2 Legacy Corkscrews. When I put them together, one was straight and the other was crooked. I will forward a picture of it. It appears the black metal stand was bent too much. What are your thoughts?”

“The handle did not screw in straight so it looks a bit off kilter. It still works so I did not want to take the time to send it back. The marble stand was beautiful....just hoping that the handle holds and doesn't break.”
