“The marble handle and the arm on the opener where not correct as to the diameter of the bolt on the handle and the arm of the opener. It was not "fixable" and a complete new opener was sent. No issues and no problems, but a potential defect that might show up in your order. Just ask for them to send a new one and they will. Other than that it is great!”

“Like other reviewers, the worm needed replacing after about 30 openings. I wasn't aware that it should be used only on genuine cork and not the plastic version. Skeptical that the replacement would solve the problem, I ordered it, followed the instructions and VoilÃ¡ - it worked perfectly. It is a handsome work of art and conversation piece. Everyone wants to open a bottle. Used properly the worn should last much longer this time.Write your review here. It must be at least 50 characters long. “We purchased this for a Birthday Gift for my Brother-in-Law. It is beautiful and it looks good on their Beverage Cart. We were there to share the inaugural bottle of wine that he opened. It worked perfectly!”

“It seems to work sporadically but mainly doesn't remove the cork and will push the cork into the bottle. Looks nice.”
