“This is the third one I have purchased. The corkscrew on the first two collapsed. The third on broke Saturday. A metal component in it broke. They are nice while they last but can’t seem to hold up to synthetic corks.”

“I rated this as a 3, only because we are on our 3rd one in 3 years. It was a gift for my husband, and by no means is it used daily. I would think they would last longer without breaking. It is a nice product, but needs to last longer.”

“The only reason that I bought this product is because my previous one was defective and when I wrote to your company regarding the issue no one helped me with a return and was not able to find this product in frontgate”

“Anyone that likes wine, has wine even 1 or 2 times a year or every week should have this device. You can't screw up the cork. You can uncork and then re-cork the bottle just as easy. The service support is fantastic and I give five stars to Ivana.”
