“When I received the corkscrew it was missing an important piece. It did not include the pad for attachment to the counter. I called customer service over 2 weeks ago and still have not received the pad. I am sure once I get the pad and actually use the opener that I will like it. For now I have paid for a corkscrew that I can’t use.”

“Corkscrew is great Wine Enthusiast,not so much. I paid for a 2 year warrentry and never got the information about it. Called 3x amnd was promissed the warrenty info. was on the way. I never got it”

“This is the third one I have purchased. The corkscrew on the first two collapsed. The third on broke Saturday. A metal component in it broke. They are nice while they last but can’t seem to hold up to synthetic corks.”

“I rated this as a 3, only because we are on our 3rd one in 3 years. It was a gift for my husband, and by no means is it used daily. I would think they would last longer without breaking. It is a nice product, but needs to last longer.”

“The only reason that I bought this product is because my previous one was defective and when I wrote to your company regarding the issue no one helped me with a return and was not able to find this product in frontgate”
