“I really like the ease in which it works and it is fast too. This one is my 6th opener. My first one lasted 20 years and opened countless bottles (maybe 5.000) however the next one only lasted a few months and you replaced it at no cost to me. The subsequent ones only lasted a few months but all were replaced for me. I have had the current opener only about 6months and it works so smoothly that I am expecting 20 years again. I certainly hope so. If it does, I may put it in my will to go to a fellow wine enthusiast. Sandy Sanderson”
