“Use of the cutter as a base/holder is flimsy and hard to seat. Also, the design where the plug goes directly into the unit as opposed to a separate base charger causes the charger connection to wear out. I've only owned it for 2 weeks and already the charger doesn't always connect and falls out and does not charge the unit. I have to hold it in place and set it down slowly so not to lose the charger connection. Bad design...should have a separate charger stand and unit.”

“Cute but I used it once and the recharging mechanism broke. I have to prop it up to get a charge going. Would have sent it back but I threw away all paperwork.”

“Attractive, extremely handy, extracts cork and releases so easily. Only problem, have been using since December 2010 and at the end of March didn't work. I still have a blue night light. Wrote to the company but no response. Apparently don't back up their products.”
