“I love it! It works well with any corks. I've even had it work on a cork that was breaking up ... and it got the cork out no problem! I've had several other wine openers and generally the cork would break and I'd get part of it out and have to do multiple iterations to be able to pour wine (usually with lots of piece to strain out). This worked great, the whole cork came out and with a simple small pour in the sink, the wine was ready to pour! I also have opened numerous synthetic corks and it works with these as well!”

“Design could be improved by having the electrical connection to the base instead of to the product itself. That way, the base is a "cradle", meaning one can remove the extractor without having to remove the power supply.”

“I ordered this for my wife as a gift for X-Mas. I let her open it early because she was having a party and I figured it would help her out since she sometimes has trouble with other wine openers. She plugged it in overnight and when she went to use it, there was no juice. We even plugged it in all day and still nothing. [...] they sent me a new one. My wife opened it and plugged it in and it has worked great. She loves the paper cutter which is also the base/mount. The item is easy to use and she loves it. It works great now and she uses it all the time.”
