“Once we got it fully charged it works great. Very worried when straight out of the box it did not do anything. Had to sit and read the instructions to discover it had to have a full long charge before it would pull a cork. Not like a cell phone, can't make a call before tomorrow.I bought 5, so 4 favorite wine friends and family will get great gifts.”

“I'm in a Sr. home and the diners stop to watch me open my wine. The blue light attracts attention. Sometimes the light is not on when its in the charger. What to do? Is it broken?It has worked in all types of corks.”
