“Corkscrew worked great at first. Then about six months in it stopped working in reverse. We only open a bottle or two of wine a week. So it doesn't get a ton of use. Customer service is of no help which is the worst part. Agent was not nice and sent me demo videos as if I didn't know how to use the product. She also refused to use my actually name that I signed on several e-mails. Save your money and buy something else.”

“The foil cutter is a nice feature, and the unit works perfectly as advertised. I got this because arthritis makes it difficult to open bottles and I needed to get at that wine! Works like a charm.”
