“The corkscrew goes down and out the side of the cork no matter how hard I try to put it in the middle. Although price is good, I think there are better ones around. In fact, I have had two before but thought I would give yours a try.”

“I bought this product for my girl friend to make it safer for her to open a bottle of wine. She loves the foil cutter and the ease the opener removes the cork. everything works great, but here is my problem. When the opener first arrived I used the charger to freshen up the battery which it did but my friend must have thrown it out in the package the wine opener came in. I called your store to see if I could get another charger but had no luck. So I had to buy another wine opener for myself to just get another charger. Is there anyway you could send me another charger to give to my friend. I am willing to pay for it if need be.Best regards,Hillyard Pierce”

“This tool s a great convenience. We've used the manual corkscrew, the lever styled versions sold by multiple vendors, and now this.I have learned not to use it with some older bottles. It's not gentle, and has crumbled more than 1 aged cork.”
