“I’m very disappointed about the design of the unit. . My complaint is that the holder for the wine opener and aerator. The spot for the aerator is too small for it to fit into and it’s like a balancing act. There’s some flaw In the design. I called watch the video gave a review couple weeks ago and so I haven’t heard back from anyone. When I called customer service I had to wait 22 minutes and all the lady could tell me was to watch the video. Did not answer any of my questions and there’s still a flaw on the design of this unit and I want to know if it’s just the one I have or if It was the way that it was built. I need somebody to call me and explain it to me”

“Great “wine station”. I love the aerator and how the telescoping tube allows me to get all the wine out of the bottle. Also, having the corkscrew and vacuum sealing in one implement saves space and it has worked great to seal the wine and allow it to be stored in the cooler.”

“The corkscrew has yet to remove a cork….the screw just unwinds through the hole it created in the cork, leaving the cork in the bottle. I’ve had to resort to a manual corkscrew every time. Everything else works as expected and it looks nice sitting on my shelf. But this was an expensive item and it’s frustrating that it doesn’t work as demonstrated in the video.”

“Nice concept, however it’s very cheaply constructed. The cutter broke the 3rd time we used it, and the top reseal never worked!”
