“Very unhappy with these wine racks. They arrived unassembled !!!! I went back to the website to see if I missed “assembly required.” It doesn’t say that anywhere! I’m so angry about this!!! I’m unable to assemble these myself so now I’ve spent 2 weeks trying to find someone to help me. Finally found someone who’s coming next week but now have to pay someone to assemble. Honestly I’m so angry I will never recommend someone purchase anything from your company!!”

“The delivery coordination with Fed Ex was terrible. I’ll suggest the manufacturer use a bit of better materials. It was a bit inconvenient to build, but we did it between two in 45 minutes. Also, I’ll suggest that the manufacturer use better foam. Whatever they use now is terrible and makes an unnecessary mess. Ultimately, we are enjoying it, but the price is too steep for what you get. Other than that, we are enjoying the new piece and how it ended up looking in our wine and liquor room. All our bottles fit well, including Champagne. No place to post pictures here, but it’s stylish once it is filled up.”
