“It was a wedding present so I hope they love it. I’ve had one for a long long time. Had to put a new screw in twice but still works great.”

“Easy opener. Be sure to hold the bottle holder tight. After bringing the handle forward, remove the bottle. Push the handle all the way back and be ready for the cork to drop.”

“While the puller itself works well the manner in which it attaches to the stand is not secure and looks horrible. The one I received actually will not tighten onto the stand. Customer service has ordered a replacement which I have yet to receive after about 6 weeks. I would not recommend this particular product.”

“Although the appearance of these are quite stunning, the quality is less than par. We’ve now had two and BOTH have broken within 2 years use. The handle actually breaks off!! No good if you enjoy your wine like we do!”

“It worked OK for about a year, but it then became balky and eventually, the screw got bent inside the mechanism and is now inoperable. To make matters worse, IWA will not respond on the phone (unless I want to buy something), or chat online. Their voice message says that if you want customer service, you need to email them. Good luck with that, and Happy Easter to all of you at IWA who gladly took my money.”
