“This was a gift from our staff to the boss. He has an extensive wine collection and we thought it would be a exquisite addition to his wine cellar. And it was. The personalization was etched beautifully. It's very heavy and solid. I will definitely keep it in mind for a gift in the future.”

“We love our Legacy corkscrew! I ordered it 3-31-19 for a Father's Day gift. Unfortunately, there was no correspondence from Wine Enthusiast and it did not arrive for that holiday. So, I called the company to find that parts were on backorder. When I called the second time, I was offered some wine glasses as a thank you for waiting so long because it did not arrive until the end of July!All in all, I had to make three calls looking for the corkscrew and the status of its arrival. The company was courteous when I called but I would have appreciated the company contacting me to let me know about the backorder status. I was frustrated that I had to keep calling to check. They should've been more proactive. That being said, we LOVE it and it was worth the disappointing wait.”

“It took quite sometime to receive this because I was told that there was a problem with part of the opener and new parts were on back order. Once I received it I was totally please with the quality and performance!”
