“3-stars mainly for the construction quality. While assembling, I made the mistake of screwing the woods screws in (per the instructions). What I didn't realize is that the pre-drilled pilot holes are not deep enough-- which resulted in the wood splitting instantly. Also, I noticed that many of the other pilot holes were not aligned correctly (e.g., a few millimeters off from where they should have been)-- making them unusable. Instead, during assembly, I had to line up the pieces of wood and drill new pilot holes so that they were in the right location and deeper than the original pilot holes. This took the greatest amount of time. In terms of stability (aside from the one with the split wood which had to get thrown out completely)-- the second one that I assembled is working well after a month.”

“The quality was poor, pieces were warped, holes didn’t align, screws were too long and caused the wood to split, pieces didn’t fit snugly leaving visible gaps. I expected the racks to look like the brochure and was disappointed.”

“Materials seem sturdy and of good quality, but the machining of the parts seems very sloppy. Pre-drilled holes are not lined up well and pieces don't fit together optimally. Would definitely not buy again”

“The directions were very poor. I was able to figure out the assembly eventually by looking at notches in the pieces, but the diagram really did not show what pieces went where, and the limited instructions were not helpful at all. I have had to pause in the assembly since one of the side pieces was not correctly notched out to accommodate the back support. I will have to use a dremel tool to make the notch. My expectations were higher.”
