“If those triangles were just a little bigger, they would hold normal size bottles more efficiently. The trim pieces on the front don’t really complement appearance or functionality but make assembly more difficult and presumably add to the cost.”

“Great DIY wine cellar, superior product, not too difficult to assemble, highly recommend for any space. Great support service. During assembly I damaged one part, called to purchase the replacement. Part was replaced at no charge. Thank you.”

“After much research we decided on this nfinity line of wine racking because it was the perfect balance of high quality and price we were looking for. Also came in the exact sizes for the area we were working with. Love the quality and look of the natural mahogany wood it really turned this dank corner of our basement into an eye popping wine cellar! Very happy with how it turned out”

“Ordered as a Christmas gift Nov 25, still waiting to receive replacement broken parts (as of Dec 28). Item itself is good but customer service is VERY poor. Won't order from them again.”

“This is not good if you are wanting to store several bottles of different shaped wine bottles. They don’t stack well and they end up sliding out. Only able to stack 5 or 6 bottles per section. Doesn’t effectively store as many bottles as you’d think you could. Also hard to look through bottles to find what you’re looking for.”

“The main body of the unit is sturdy and the wood is very pretty; however, the X's are not affixed and the 9-piece trim package is problematic. The trim pieces don't create a tight fit, so there are gaps in the corners. Also, the instructions require you to "nail" the trim pieces into place. Most people don't have a finish nailer or the clamps necessary to hold the boards in place while you nail them. Finally, the Xs are not affixed to the outer boards, but the trim pieces must be nailed to both the outer boards and the Xs. I found it difficult to stain the unit because any movement (laying it on its side to get better angles for staining) resulted in the trim nails breaking loose from the Xs since they were otherwise unaffixed.”
