“I rarely participate in reviews, but feel compelled to do so with this disappointing product. I suggest that a representative of WE order this product and see the packaging and product. The product is packed with friable styrofoam pieces that disintegrate upon removal, requiring extensive cleanup after the wooden pieces are removed. The wood was also blemished. The instructions for assembly are flawed, but it is not difficult to determine how to do so. Some of the pre-drilled screw holes did not align. And the direction to use a nail gun to assemble the trim is burdensome - not everyone has a nail gun. Frankly, I was shocked that WE would sell this product”

“I purchased two of these racks. They were very easy to assemble and install. The finished racks look fabulous, and each rack holds 80 bottles - so 160 bottles are now properly stored. I had a small wine jail, but these new racks have added a lot to my wine storage capability for a decent price. I was so excited to finally get rid of my cardboard case boxes.”
