“This was easy to assemble and had my husband read the directions first, it would have taken him about 30 minutes to assemble instead of the 2 hours he wasted by not reading the directions! Also, we found that it is a very tight fit for Burgundy bottles and had to lay them in opposite directions in order to have them lay side by side.”

“One of the shelves in the middle of the box was damaged. They were extremely quick in replacing it, and sent a replacement box, which means that I now have 7 extra shelves for other uses. They were extremely quick in fixing the issue. I was very pleased with the service.”

“Given this is one piece when complete, and not modular - it was strange to have two of the boxes arrive five days before the third box. They shipped from two locations. The late box held the metal braces, hex tool, cross brace and hex screws. Given the thing cannot be assembled without this hardware, it stuck me as odd they came from different places.”

“This is a beautiful lead crystal glass. Although it says it is dishwasher safe, it is not recommended that you use a dishwasher on lead crystal you are drinking from. For this reason, I choose to handwash. Otherwise, this is a excellent glass with beautiful sounds and durability.”

“These glasses are just as I expected. Holding one you feel like it's a 'very nice glass'. The only negative is that they are fragile. Accidentally knocked over.”
