“I have used this product for many years and have always been delighted. We have used the exact same glasses everyday and break maybe one a year. This is the first time I heve received these glasses and have experenced, what I beliebve, to be a manufacturing flaw. Two of the eight glasses broke on the first washing - very disappointed.”

“The Riedel glasses are great. Bought these as a gift but was dismayed to find "Pay 6, get 8" plastered all over the box. Embarassing to give a box with that all over, fortunately the recipients were good friends and appreciate a bargain. Get rid of the chessy "pay 6, get 8" or put it on a removable label. Even if I kept it for my own, I would not want that splashed all over the place.”
