“Overall they are nice, however, we thought these glasses would be a bit more durable than they really are. One broke with a small tap at the side of the sink. We then thought of taking advantage of the warranty and then read the notorious "fine print" and realized it was more hassle than its worth. Bottom line... we didn't buy what we thought we were buying and felt a bit misled with the "guarantee".”

“Nice glasses that seem to stand up to every day use. They would get 5 stars except that for the last 2 orders, packing for shipment has been pathetic and both orders arrived with 1 broken glass. WE promptly sent a replacement packaged so well you could drop it from a plane, but it's a bother to have to request a replacement. Warranty is worthless. Shipping a warranty replacement glass cost more than the glass itself.”

“I'm happy I purchased the wine glasses. They are crysal clear and lightweight. Since I wash all my wine glasses by hand, I cannot comment on how the glasses do in the dishwasher.”

“I broke one and called about a replacemennt (the gaurantee says that if you break one they will replace it for free). They were very helpful on the phone and assured me they would send a replacement. It has been over 2 weeks and still no replacement, so much for customer service.”
