“Too tall for our storage space and too tall for our personal use preference. The lines of light at the bottom of the bowl, I found unattractive. Mostly we just didn't like the particular styling. Will be returning them.”

“Have been using the Fusion stems for years and always get compliments. The policy of replacing these makes them a great choice. Look good and a better value than many other more expensive stemware.”

“First delivery contained one broken glass. I emailed and they sent another. The second one came broken. I didn't feel like notifying them again so I ended up with 7 of 8 glasses.”

“For daily use or fine dining but no loss of high end quality. Thin crystal that "pings". Just use and throw them in the dishwasher. No hassle hand washing.”

“This is an outstanding value because the glasses are high quality, inexpensive, and have a lifetime warranty. They also have a very cool logo, which looks a little like the rich guy in the Monopoly game.”

“Our kitten managed to knock one over, and it shattered into literally a million tiny fragments. Once it shatters, it really shatters. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects, not "impact" or "heat" (so dishwasher damage is strictly speaking not covered either). The stem is too tall for the glass to fit in the top shelf of a regular dishwasher, and since impact/heat is not covered we don't clean them in the bottom shelf.”
