“Was purchased and sent as a gift. I did not see the product but the recipient was very pleased with it. This review process does not seem to recognise that wine can be bought and sent as a gift. My name (the purchaser) is not "Karen and" that is the name of the recipient and that name should read "Karen and John". I this case the purchaser can not review the product. Perhaps the review process needs to be more versatile. Just a thought.”

“Courier delivered ours to wrong address & no one is taking responsibility for this.. do not recommend!!! I would have thought company would have resent & recovered costs from courier.. but nope we are out of pocket”
