“Really this is everything you'd expect from quality Port maker Dow's. Nicely balanced without too much syrupy sweetness; just enough acid to keep it fresh and crisp on the palate. It's still got a bit of ruby tint to it in normal light, but if all you have are torches (as we did when this bottle was opened) it looks pretty darn tawny. Lovely after dinner sipper.”
