“This is something different and I must say I Loved it. When poured from the glass it has dark black plum colours and you can tell right away it's going to be a heavy hitter. Smells of spice and rich vanilla come through immediately. I was surprised when I first tasted this as I wasn't expecting the initial sweet fruit flavours of blackberry. These were quickly followed by rich chocolate and a spicy pepper finish. Nice tannins in here too. The glass had blood red tears running down the side after each sip. This is a glorious, luxurious wine and i didn't want the bottle to finish. I give this Vineyard a big thumbs up as their Shiraz was also top quality. If you're interested in trying something different, and you like Aussie Shiraz, you will love this wine. 93/100 IMHO”
