“My initial review was not the best for this add-on. I had several issues with the process and communication was incredibly slow. It took several emails to get a reply. I don't know if the app to file a claim is bugged, programmed wrong, or is the way it is. When I went to file a claim, it sent me to the claims website where I had to file the claim again. The first time I attempted this, my claim did not go through. I waited several days to get a reply from a claims assistant before I could attempt to file the claim again. Three total attempts were made before my claim went through. After that, the process went through fairly quick and I got a replacement item shipped. Due to the initial obstacles and slow response is why I am giving this a 3-star.”
“I still haven't received the weight vest I ordered. I contacted Amazon who is delivering the vest and they have been no help. I tried to file a claim as my package cannot be found. The Onward app worked until went to confirm my shipping address. The app kicked me over to Onwards website with no confirmation of my claim. Wouldn't let me file another claim. Still waiting on a return email to fix the situation. Can't say I would recommend using this feature as much trouble as it has been.”
