“If not top shelf then a very good second shelf. With my set, the back of the tools arrived quite flat and the bevels ready for honing. I think I spent 45 minutes getting the entire set of four bench ready. They so far are keeping an edge but time will see how they anneal. I only occasionally use a butt chisel so these seem to be perfect.”

“I bought this set recently and I am happy with them. In less than an hour I had all of them flat on the back and razor sharp. The only fault in mine is the 1" chisel came with a small nick in the bevel. I think it will sharpen out with no problem. The chisels are working fine for me.”
