Delighted with quality of the oven and ease of use. Found using kindling better than the pellets, which didn’t burn /heat as well as the wood. I would recommend this product over others such as Ooni- which a family member has, and after using our Woody oven found it much better with the hopper! Also, the sourdough pizza bases are great, arrived in perfect condition still 90% frozen.

Great little oven Like all pizza ovens takes time to learn how to use it best. Best thing has been customer service - I lost a screw that was quickly replaced and also sent a new chimney cover as I damaged the first one ! Well done and thank u

Really impressed with the oven. Ordered on Wednesday and received on Friday. Easy to assemble. All our pizzas came out good and we are improving as we learn how to use it and which dough and cheese we prefer. We tried pellets and wood and prefer the wood as it smoked less and love woodfired pizzas!

I love this oven. I have used it to make pizza for just myself and my wife, for small parties with a few guests and for large family gatherings. It takes a little while to get to know how long to cook the pizza for, when to turn it, and so on, but the pizzas are as good as those I have had in Naples, and in a different league from those we get in England. These are my tips: 1. Heat the oven with the door closed until the temp reads about 450. Check that the stone is around 350. Now you are ready to cook. 2. Make the pizza base according to Woody's guidance and decorate with a tablespoon of blitzed tomato spread thinly, 80- 100g of finely chopped Fiore di Latte spread evenly over it, and the toppings of your choice. 3. Dont make the toppings too thick - especially in the middle. 4. Mushrooms, onions, pepper etc are best precooked. 5. Have plenty of semolina flour on the peel so that the pizza slips on and off easily. 6. Into the oven. Check after 15 - 20 seconds and keep checking. As soon as the back is cooked, rotate the pizza on the peel and repeat. Then turn through 90 degrees and repeat. Finally do the fourth 'quarter.' 7. after about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes total cooking time, remove the pizza and enjoy.
