“The coarse was very well done. I was worried I would complete the coarse and forget what I had learned but the coarse was very thorough. There are a lot of resources in your library section. I did the training and completed the test. I would like to have been able to look over the resouces afterwards more.”

“Videos could have had better audio. More food prep and less laws. More interactive portions. I've taken food handlers certification many times over the years. This wasn't what I had expected”
