“This training was very thorough. I appreciate the effort taken to put this most inclusive presentation together. Although much didn't apply to my specific situtation, the insight to the entire process was eye-opening. Quite often the 'little' guy/front line workers take blame for customer complaints. Prehaps managment in all areas should review!! Thank you”

“I liked being able to return to the location in the study program where I left off. What Didn't like was the time consuming process of while in the program, how the app seemingly did not recognize me as a valid subscriber and without provocation kicked me out”
