“We used these chocolates to make peanut butter Easter eggs. Used as a dipping chocolate, the texture was perfect. The flavor was even better, to melt the chocolate we did so in the microwave at half strength power for intervals of 30 seconds. It took approximately two minutes for the entire pound to melt properly. But highly recommend this product.”
