“Not only was the quality of the product outstanding the customer service is extraordinary! I needed to place the order the Friday before Memorial Day for delivery on Tuesday. I called to see if this was even possible. I spoke with WWC customer service who was able to verify I could receive the order by the due date without extra fees. She asked that I place the order by 3 pm which I did. I called to let her know the order had been placed and spoke to another person who thanked me for letting him know and said he would walk the order through. WWC is located in New Hampshire and my company is in Ohio. They did what they promised and USPS did their job, too! We had the order on Tuesday. It had been packed for warm weather and the product was in excellent condition. Our company is a small business and it is always great to find and support another small business.”
