Callebaut milk is my favorite for its creamy, smooth texture. Easy to temper whether using a machine or in the microwave. Good for both enrobing and molding.

Arrived in perfect & fresh condition. Outside temp during shipping was in 40s/50s. I purchased to replicate a hot chocolate we had in Belgium. They were premeasured pouches of Callebaut. This was the exact same taste- recipe of 35g of callets to 8oz of warm whole milk. Decadent with a dallop of whipped cream!
