Great tasting chocolate. Arrived in Las Vegas in August without melting in the heat with the cool packs. Shipping was fast. Wonderful product.

I didn’t pick up as much caramel as I did butterscotch, but I’ve had good results in molding/tempering. I like it best for ganache bonbon filling, it did pair well with star anise.
