I used this for a flourless chocolate cake, and the flavor was exceptional. It was a nice mix of bitter and tart, raspberries not needed, and enough cocoa butter to smooth out the flavors.

This has a wonderful tart bite to it. I find it pairs with passion fruit or other fruits really well.

The feves already had the cocoa butter showing, which means they were not stored properly. Not sure repackaging gives justice to the prooduct

exactly the chocolate i needed for this recipe, without having to buy 40 tonnes. Valrhona is the one of the very finest chocolates and I'm happy to have found this website!

This is great in my version of hot chocolate similar to the French version with a little cacao powder to thicken it up. YUM
