“I never received any emails about my order. My money was taken out of my account and I have zero product to show for it. I have been trying get get ahold of the company for a few business days. I have it a week or so before attempting to contact because we are all humans but I have not heard back since attempting to reach out and I just want the product I paid for. Please.”

I also see that you had inquired about the tracking information on 9/18, to which tracking information was provided and the shipment was scheduled to be delivered that day (copy of email below).
