“Is anyone from the company going to respond to the reviews about the bad taste and bad fitting pods? I have a total of 5 PHIX. Four of them are a year old. I bought 2 new pods packs and none of them worked, so I bought a new PHIX, hoping all of my new pods would work. Guess what? The pods dont work in any of them. Only good part, I got to enjoy the original tobacco flavor, since it comes with a new PHIX.”

“I work in two smoke shop in NYC Brooklyn and Manhattan, Most of my cousins friends and uncles work and won smoke shops all around Brooklyn and manhattan. Customers do not like the new design and the new package of original tobacco. Most of the customers are upset of the new change of original tobacco, they hope that you will return the first one. In the end, you are the looser not me, because your customers will buy another e-ciggrette of another brand.”

“This is a newly designed pod from the original. The original leaked quite a bit, but the draw and function was satisfying. They solved the leak problem with the new design, but extremely hard to pull with very little vape after the first dozen or so hits. Burned many a coil by half tank - lot of juice wasted. Switched to SMOK Infinix refillable system this week and am extremely happy now!!”
