“None of the new pods work with my PHIX!!! There’s a gap between the pod and the phix allowing air to get in. Can’t get it to work unless you cover that area with your fingers. Love the original phix, but I guess it’s time to find a new one”

“I do not like the flavored pods, I want the tobacco taste. This product surpassed my expectations! The pods last a long time as compared to other similar brands. Further, I had an issue with another order and the help center immediately responded and took care of the problem.”

“I have been using the PHIX pods for a few months now, and the only thing I can say thus far is that these pods are so inconsistent. Sometimes the flavor is burnt. Sometimes they leak. Usually when you get down to about half way to a third of a way it’s like it becomes clogged or jammed and you have to inhale harder on it you end up inhaling the liquid out of it. I end up wasting the last 3rd of the pod almost every time. Really becoming not worth the cost of these. Going to be looking into something else.”

“The new pods don’t fit properly into the Phix pens. I have 3 pens, two are brand new and they do not fit correctly. They also taste weird and some tasted burnt. I could not use the pods I purchased because they didn’t work.”
