“Man, I don't know what to think.. On the one hand its really user friendly as the pods are pre-made - fill er up and take a puff -- no buttons to push... pretty easy. Its also small (smaller than a Nord) fits in my pocket nicely and don't have to worry about it leaking or firing on its own -- that's a big plus for me being in construction. The only drawback(s) is there's a delay while drawing before the unit starts firing about 1.5 seconds. I don't know if all Novos do that or just mine. And of course you have to buy the pods -- I'm on the first pod, third fill on mine and i vape like a mad dog so jury's still out on that issue.”
“Very disappointed!!! Worked good for about a week and then it started to continue to “pull” for a few seconds after a hit. Very dangerous!! Now it won’t charge. Piece of junk. I decided to try this device because I liked that it had refillable pods and I could change my nicotine strength down. Much cheaper than the Juul but I guess you get what you pay for!!! Don’t waste your money.”
“I was using the juul when i made the switched from cigarettes. The pods were becoming more and more expensive. The novo was a life saving and money saver. I no longer have to wait for my vape to charge since the novo has a usb port. The pods last long, for me about 2 weeks. So far iv been using it for a month and no complaints. I haven't even had any leaks. I would highly recommend this system.”
