“Unfortunately, and I've had this happen before, one of the pods failed to fire no matter how placed it, repositioned, or cleaned it. But the flavour was smooth and the other 3 had no problems. I'll keep using them.”
“I love the taste and ease of use of the pods I ordered. However I ordered 3 boxes with 4 in each box. That's 12 pods. Of the 12 pods 4 pods didn't work at all. I have 3 Phix vapes and the defective pods wouldn't work in any of my vapes. I've been using Phix Vapes for quite a while and am well aware how to install them. I ordered from your website to save some money. When buying 3 boxes from your site I save $10 as opposed to buying them in my local Vape shop. But there definitely is no savings when 1/3 of the pods don't work? So I lost an entire package of pods because they are defective? I still have the useless pods. There is absolutely nothing I can do with them. I use one pod per day so my potential business is good but for this reason, I will not order again from your website unless you intend to make it right. I will include photos of non-working pods.
