“While these labels may look appealing online, what you actually get is something very different and the kicker is that Smith Corona does NOT list this on their site under specs, only a rep told me when I complained.
Regular 4x6 labels you get from UPS, FedEx, etc are shiny, they have a sheen to them and when printed, the text, graphics, etc are nice and crisp.
Labels from Smith Corona are MATTE. The text and graphics are flat, not crisp, and look dreadful.
When I brought this issue to the attention of Smith Corona, the rep didn't care, and this is the reason I will never do business with SC again. After SC stopped making typewriters, their business tanked and this experience is why.”
