“While we are mostly happy with our label orders, every now and then we will get labels with very poor perforation which makes tearing or folding them difficult. It would be nice if this were not a hit or miss feature.
We happened to have leftover labels from a previous vendor and the difference was like night and day. Would be nice if every order we got from you was as good as the one we got when we pointed out an issue.”
