“It seems that this most recent order, the quality has decreased. the paper were not truely white and had some slight "yellow" tint, that makes the paper looks old. Second, the perforation between label is very poor in this shipment. The first order, we could rip the label easily through the perforation. This order, it was very difficult, almost as if there were no perforation at all. In fact, even with the perforation, I couldn't rip it straight.”
